What does “90h of service” mean?
90h means 90 hours of reserved vehicle time during your first month. You book the car for time windows through the app. It arrives at your pickup location, and you use your hours flexibly throughout the month. Unused hours do not roll over. The maximum included in the free month is 90h. You can alway purchase extra credits, if 90h is not enough.
Where does Priority Access work?
Priority Access is currently available in Germany. We’ll be launching in other European countries in 2027, and we’ll notify you when the timeline is confirmed. Please reach out if you want to get notified.
What exactly am I signing when I pay the deposit?
At checkout, you agree only to the Priority Access Terms & Conditions. You are not signing the full membership contract at this stage.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is fully refundable until launch. We’ll share the timeline and remind you at least two weeks before launch so you can opt out in time. If Bliq does not launch in your area, you receive a full refund.
How does Bliq work in general?
Bliq lets you subscribe to a driverless car you can use like your own. As a member, you book a car flexibly for time windows, according to the details of your individual plan. Before each booking you set the pickup address and the first destination. Once the car arrives, you can use it freely until the booking ends.
How much do I save with Priority Access?
Priority Access includes your first month free (90h included), representing approximately 50% savings compared to the standard monthly price.
What does “guaranteed first-wave availability” mean?
Priority Access puts you at the front of the queue at launch, so you can start using Bliq in the first wave once service opens in your area
What happens after I secure Priority Access?
1. You complete the €2,500 deposit checkout. 2. Before launch, we send you the launch timeline and the service zone details (as a reminder at least two weeks in advance). 3. At launch, you can start booking immediately (as early as the next day). 4. You use Bliq for your first month (up to 90h). 5. After the first month, if you’re happy with the service and the driverless experience, we invite you to choose a plan and sign the full membership agreement to continue.
What happens if I need more than 90h in the first month?
You can purchase additional hours (credits) in the app after we launch.
