Professional home cleaning, coordinated like a modern platform
WiseClean is a Tallinn-based technology platform designed to make professional home cleaning as easy to arrange as a ride or food delivery. Customers can book and manage an insured cleaning service through the app in around 60 seconds, with transparent pricing and access to verified professionals.
Since launching in 2022, the platform has completed more than 7,500 cleanings. Today, 22 cleaning professionals carry out around 350 appointments each month, with cleaning volume growing by roughly 40% compared with 2025.

More control over transport, without becoming a transport company
Every appointment depends on cleaners arriving at the right place, at the right time, with everything they need. Equipment may need to move across the city, availability changes through the day, and a delay on the road quickly becomes a delay for the customer waiting at home.
WiseClean relied on taxis, car-sharing services and private vehicles. The approach worked, but it was fragmented and increasingly expensive. Owning vehicles would have added drivers, charging, maintenance, insurance and daily fleet administration. They needed more control without abandoning the asset-light model at the heart of the business.

Driverless transport built directly into WiseClean’s workflow
Two Bliq vehicles now support daily cleaning operations in Tallinn. Depending on the job, they can transport a cleaner, carry equipment or move both together. Bookings are coordinated alongside customer appointments, creating a faster and more predictable way to organise transport.
A conventional company car is usually tied to the person driving it. A Bliq vehicle can drop off a cleaner or a piece of equipment and continue to the next task, rather than remaining parked outside or returning with a dedicated driver. The same vehicle can support several different jobs throughout the day, based on where it is needed most.
For WiseClean, this means lower transport costs, better use of each vehicle and more comfortable journeys for cleaners carrying equipment. Bliq takes care of the vehicles, technology and operating layer, while WiseClean avoids the cost and complexity of owning cars, employing drivers or managing a fleet. Selected customers can also take a short demonstration ride during an appointment.
